Free Legal clinic ohio
CAN is hosting a FREE #TPS legal clinic in Columbus, Ohio! It’s happening on Friday and Saturday, October 27 & 28, 2023, from 11 am to 5pm.
Lawyers will be on hand answer all your questions about TPS and see if you qualify and help you apply, so make sure to sign up with the link in bio. And don’t forget to bring your documents!
To Get Help Quickly, Please See List Of Documents To Bring:
1. Evidence to prove your identity and nationality (passport, birth certificate + photo ID)
2. Evidence to prove your date of entry into the United States (passport, Form I-94/Notice to Appear, school/medical records, employment records, etc.)
3. Evidence to prove your residence in the United States (rental agreement, pay stub, utilities bill, phone bill)
4. if you are applying for work authorization] we will help you complete form I-765, Application for Work Authorization, come along with two passport-style photographs.
5. The total fees for a TPS application can fall within the range of $0 and $545 (Depending if you are applying for fee waiver or not). You will need a money order made out to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security; OR Form I-912, Request for Fee Waiver, with proof of eligibility; and 2 passport photographs.
